Wrong!

From our Facebook page last night....

So it's snowing again; sounds like more people stuck in cars down South, and it's working it's way towards Farnborough. They've already closed the shop twice in the last couple of weeks - once because of the weather and once because of a power cut. It doesn't help that most of the guys' winter transport this year is pedal powered - other than Nige's 75k mile R6 of course. Our "Win an R1" victor hasn't been able to pick his bike up yet - that might be some solace for anyone who entered and didn't win...

I had an email from a friend in Auckland last night who's just bought a scooter - she was asking about what sort of jacket she should be buying, although she won't be buying it just yet as it's to warm. Apparently last night was the warmest night in Melbourne since 1902 too.

We're still busy though. There's always a lull in the bike trade at this time of year so we catch up with stocktaking and the like (not much fun) or looking for products that are in our shops but not on our website -in the last three months we've added 20% more products to our new site, not just new kit but things that raise the question "How did we miss that?".

We're also doing quite a lot of techie behind the scenes stuff to the site, so some of the links in older blogs or emails won't work - hopefully you can still find what you're looking for from the homepage. We're also now set up to send orders out of the UK - so far we're concentrating on Western Europe, but we're adding more countries as we go along. There has to be some sort of silver lining to the cloud that is the money I'm going to be giving French and Italian petrol stations in July...
