Bering Chino Jacket

In case you missed it, we have a new store now open in Norwich, at 124-128 Ber Street, NR1 3ES (call 01604 764 466). The new store stocks the brands you would expect from Infinity Motorcycles, including Rukka, Daytona, Racer and Schuberth helmets, plus a brand that's new to Infinity - Bering.
Bering Dark Jacket

Bering are a French brand who not everyone, us included, knew much about up until now. We're impressed with the range, which includes a lot of CE Approved clothing. Bering submit jackets, trousers and gloves to be tested for various safety aspects, as well as how they fit - part of the gloves test is making sure the gloves stay on in a tumble.
To celebrate the new range, which will be rolling out across all stores over the next month, we're giving away a choice of jackets to one lucky Club Infinity member at the end of October. We have two mens jackets to choose from , the Bering Chino and Dark jackets, which are both waterproof and are £179.99. We'll add a ladies to the selection too - as soon as we have them!
All you need to do is be a member of Club Infinity - if you are not already, you can join here or in any of our stores. Club Infinity is free to join, you collect points on everything you buy at Infinity Motorcycles, which we turn into money off vouchers. Existing Club Infinity members don't need to do anything for a chance to win!
No purchase necessary. One Club Infinity member will be chosen at random on October 31st. The winner will be given the choice of one of three Bering motorcycle jackets. No cash alternative. Judges decision is final.Winner will be notified by email.

WIN a Forcefield Racelite Shirt

Forcefield Racelite Shirt
Forcefield Action Shirt
Club Infinity Members, don't say we're not good to you... Collect points from now until 31st August 2012 in any store or on line and you have a chance of winning a splendid Forcefield Racelite Shirt, worth £139.99. We had these delivered a couple of weeks ago and they're already a very popular alternative to conventional back protectors. (I still love my L2K though!)

If you want to know more about the shirt, we have the ladies and mens versions on our website, and you can also find out more about Club Infinity or sign up on-line. We have a new page on our website for our competitions, since we always seem to have something on the go and it keeps it all in one place - we're dedicated to making the page worth watching or bookmarking, there will always be something worth a look.

So, to win this back protector, all you have to do is claim points when you buy anything from Infinity Motorcycles. If you aren't a member, you can join Club Infinity next time you are in one of our shops - it's free. If you are a member, just claim your points, whether you are buying a helmet or a can of chain lube, and you are in with a chance. The winner will be picked at random from a list of every Club Infinity member who claims points between now and the 31st of August.

We'd like to say congratulations to Club Infinity Member Neil L, who won the Forcefield Pro Shirt we gave away this week - he's working at the Olympics right now and says this is the first time he's won anything...must be a joke in there?  Bikesure / Kevlar Jeans winners can expect emails by Monday at the latest - promise!

We make no excuses for our "Pro-Forcefield" stance. Lots of our staff use their gear, not just on road motorcycles, but on the track, on dirt bikes, skis and on mountain bikes. Some of us have been unfortunate enough to test the protection, some just the comfort - we all personally, not just as Infinity employees, trust and recommend Forcefield Armour.

Club Infinity is the most generous loyalty scheme in the motorcycle business and it's free to join. You can claim points on everything you buy and we add the points up to make vouchers which we then email you once a month. If you can find a catch, other than the odd email from us (and we never give our customers email addresses to anyone else), tell us!

A Quick Re-Cap on How Club Infinity Works.

We're almost at a milestone for Club Infinity Membership (there'll be a special offer newsletter when we hit the milestone that you won't want to miss) and we realised we hadn't explained it fully in any recent newsletters, so if you're new to it, here's a run through.

If you're not a member, can I just point out that it's FREE to join and you earn points for Club Infinity vouchers whenever you buy anything from our clothing and accessory stores. It's the most generous points card scheme in the bike industry.

Anyway, here's how it works:

Whenever you buy something from the clothing department at Infinity Motorcycles, you can collect Club Infinity points. Either present your card when you buy something, quote it when you call our Mail Order Department or type it when you place an order.

For every £1 spent, you accrue 4 points. Every thousand points is worth a £10 voucher. So £250 earns you a £10 voucher.

At the start of every month, Mark sends hundreds of vouchers in £10 denominations to our customers. If you've earned 1100 points, you'll receive a £10 voucher and the remaing 100 points will be rolled over.

When we run our extra points promotions, like the one we have on helmets and boots at present, we award 8 points per £1, so spending £125 is enough to earn a £10 voucher!

A few points to note:

Our Clothing and Accessories department till system works out the points, so we can't award the points at shows like the NEC of BMF, nor can we award points on bike sales or through our Parts and Service department, although we hope to be able to change that in the future.

We're gradually changing over points delivery from Post to Email. You'd be surprised at the number of people who receive a voucher in the post, stick it in a drawer and lose it - with an email, you just print it when you want to use it in store - you don't need to print it at all for Mail Order transactions (we can't accept them online yet though - our secure payment system is a bit too secure for that!). If you don't receive our newsletters, chances are we don't have your email address. Either ask for it to be updated when you are next instore, or email us with your name and card number and we'll add your email address to your Club Membership and send you our fortnightly newsletter. We don't advertise our discounts in the press any more, but we can do what we like in our newsletter (an example is pictured to the right) so often it's the only way we can tell our customers abut our offers!
